TNSrecords is a Manchester based independent record label. TNS (That’s Not Skanking) was founded in 2003 as a fanzine and to put on local gigs. The Sewer Cats - Boo Hoo!
The Sewer Cats take a snarky swipe at the male-dominated music scene with their new single ‘Boo Hoo!’ set for release on 5th July via all streaming platforms.
This raucous riot grrrl anthem has the infectious energy of OG hardcore, with a catchy chorus that screams ‘too bad’ at those who feel put-out by greater diversity representation.
Frontperson Cass delivers a call to arms to lean in to your ‘big pxssy energy’, casting off internalised misogyny in favour of embracing an obnoxious attitude that is defiantly non-compliant. You have two choices: ‘You can either be part of the problem, or part of the solution!’
